A lesson plan template is a form a teacher prints and fills in by hand, and the right headings depend on what is being planned. Each page here opens on a different sheet: headed boxes for one lesson, a table for a day, a grid for a week, a numbered list for a unit, centers for young children, timed segments for a long block.
Every sheet prints on Letter or A4. Nothing is typed on the page, and no sheet names a standards set or a publisher: Standard and Level are blanks for your own school's.
