Questions and answers

What does a physical education lesson plan template include?

On this page: the class, date, unit and space, an objective, the equipment, a warm-up, a skill with its cues, practice tasks, a game and a cool-down. Safety notes is a blank line for your own notes.

Is this a P.E. lesson plan template for any grade?

Yes. Only the week by grade prints grades, with rows for kindergarten to 5th grade. A second week sheet leaves the rows empty for middle and high school classes.

Does the page suggest games or exercises?

No. Every sheet but one is a blank form. The sample shows a made-up week of units, skills, activities and equipment for six grades, and the page gives no fitness, health or safety advice.
