Write the items first
Press Print the sign up sheet, then write what you are collecting for, the day to bring things by and where. List each item and how many you need. A giver signs beside one and writes how many they will bring.
Drives with the items already named
Four sheets print a list down the side: eight classroom supplies from Tissues to Paper towels, ten shelf foods for a food drive, winter clothing from Coats to Blankets, and six kinds of book. Each ends with blank lines, and any printed line can be crossed out.
- The drop-off log is the organizer's own record: date, item, how many and who gave it.
- The pledge list leaves the Pledge column blank, for whatever is promised.
Questions and answers
What goes on a donation sign up sheet?
What the collection is for, a bring-by day and a place at the top. Then a line for each item: what is wanted, how many are needed, the giver's name and how many they will bring.
Is there a classroom supply wish list?
Yes. One sheet prints Tissues, Hand wipes, Glue sticks, Pencils, Dry-erase markers, Copy paper, Resealable bags and Paper towels down the side, with four blank lines for anything else. They are common items, not a required list.
How is this different from the food sign up sheet?
The food sign up sheet lists what to bring to one meal or party. These sheets are for things to give away: on the opening sheet each line sets how many are needed beside how many a giver will bring.
Does the page give receipts or tax forms?
No. It prints blank sign up lines on paper and nothing else: no receipt, no value column and nothing about tax or fundraising rules. Anything you type on it stays in this browser, so the site holds no names.
