How it works
This Christmas party sign up sheet template opens on a class list of 12 named lines: cookies, frosting, fruit, cheese and crackers, cocoa, candy canes, plates, cups, craft supplies and helpers. A family writes how many and a name.

Fill in three lines and post it
Press Print the sign up sheet, then write the class, the party date and a bring-by day. One sentence above the lines says the sheet is for the class Christmas party. A school that calls it a winter party can pick Class winter party list.
A Christmas party food sign up sheet, and two exchanges
A second sheet lists food and drinks only, with a Serves column, for an office or a family party. The gift exchange list has 25 numbered lines for a name and a gift idea. The cookie exchange list asks for the cookie and the dozens.
- Need other items? One sheet keeps the sentence at the top and leaves all 12 lines blank.
- Helper shifts for a holiday concert or fair: Decorating, Ticket table, Refreshment table, Backstage helper, Coat rack and Take-down.
Questions and answers
What goes on a class Christmas party sign up sheet?
The opening sheet prints Sugar cookies, Frosting and sprinkles, Fruit tray, Cheese and crackers, Hot cocoa or juice, Candy canes, Plates and napkins, Cups, Craft supplies, two Party helper lines and a Clean-up helper.
Is there a sheet for a holiday potluck by course?
Not on this page. A meal sorted into Main dish, Side dish, Salad and Dessert is the opening sheet of the potluck sign up sheet. The sheets here name party items line by line.
Can I change the items on the list?
Yes. Press a printed item and type over it, or remove its line with the ×. What you type stays in this browser. The list with blank lines is there for items written by hand.
