How it works
This open mic sign up sheet template opens on Event, Date and Host lines and 15 numbered slots in performing order. Each performer writes a name, the act (song, poem, comedy) and how many minutes it runs.

The line number is the running order
Press Print the sign up sheet and put it out before the show. Performers take the next empty slot, so the list reads in the order they go on. Add a slot under the sheet makes 20 or 25, and the Sheet menu has a sideways sheet with check boxes for a microphone, a mic stand, a backing track and a chair.
For a school show
One sheet has School, Show date and Sign up by lines and a Grade column; a second lists group acts with every performer. The poetry reading list has Reader, Poem and Poet columns. The host's running order adds start times and a Done box.
- On the host's running order the Start time column is blank: write the times once the list is full.
Questions and answers
How does an open mic sign up sheet work?
The sheet goes out before the show, and each performer writes on the next free numbered line. The host calls the acts in that order. Minutes is a blank column for each act's length.
Is there a karaoke sign up sheet PDF?
Yes. Pick the karaoke sheet in the Sheet menu, press the print button and choose Save as PDF as the printer. It has 20 numbered lines with Singer, Song and Artist columns.
How many acts fit on one sheet?
15, 20 or 25, by the sheet you pick. The group act sheet has 12 taller lines. Every sheet but the host's running order numbers its lines from 1, so a second copy needs its numbers changed by hand.
Can performers sign up online here?
No. The page prints paper for a clipboard or a table, and performers write on it with a pen. Anything typed on it first stays in this browser, and no names are sent.
