Fill in the top, then pass it around
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the class, the snack time and how many children there are. The Please do not send line is blank: write your own class rule there, or leave it empty. Everything is written by hand, and the page takes no names.
A calendar, a weekly schedule and reminder slips
The snack calendar is a month of 31 numbered boxes with a Month line. Two schedules print Monday to Friday down the side. The reminder slips are six to a page.
- Write the dates in the Date column before the sheet goes around, so no day is skipped.
- For a team, pick the schedule with Game date, Family, Snack and Drinks columns.
Questions and answers
What goes on a snack sign up sheet?
The class, the snack time and the number of children at the top, then a line for each date with the family's name and the snack they will bring.
Does the sheet list which snacks to bring?
No. No sheet names a food to bring or to avoid. The Snack column is blank for each family, and the Please do not send line is blank for the teacher.
Is there a snack calendar for a whole month?
Yes. One sheet has 31 numbered boxes, seven to a row, under a Month line. Another has the five school days across and five weeks down. A family's name goes in the box for its day.
How do I remind a family the day before?
Print the snack day reminder slips and cut them apart. Each has lines for the family, the snack day, the snack time, the number of children and who it is from.
