Club fair, interest and activity sheets
For a table at a club fair or club rush, pick the club fair sign up sheet: 25 short lines with Name, Grade and Email. The interest sign up sheet has a check box headed I could help lead. One activities sheet prints eight check boxes; another leaves the Activity column empty.
- Book, drama, chess, art and STEAM clubs each have a sheet with a column or check boxes of their own.
- The STEAM sheet prints five boxes: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.
Questions and answers
What goes on a school club sign up sheet?
The club's name, the advisor and when it meets at the top, then a numbered line for each student. The opening sheet asks for Name, Grade, Homeroom and a parent or guardian email.
Is there a club sign up sheet PDF?
The page prints the sheet. For a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer in the print dialog; the line under the button says so.
Is there a filled-in club sign up sheet example?
Yes. The last sheet in the menu is a sample: a made-up robotics club with an advisor, a meeting time and three students written in.
Do students sign up on this page?
No. The page prints paper that students fill in with a pen, and it keeps no names.
