Questions and answers
How does a silent auction sign up sheet work?
Each item has its own sheet, usually set out on a table beside it. People write their bids on the sheet. When the auction closes, the highest bid on the sheet wins the item.
What goes on an auction sign up sheet?
The item and its number, who donated it, its value, the starting bid and how much to raise each bid by. Under them, a line for each bidder's name, phone number and bid.
Are there free printable silent auction sign up sheets for small items?
Yes. One sheet prints two short bid sheets on a page with a cut line between them, each with 8 lines for bids.
Does the page suggest starting bids?
No. Value, Starting bid and Raise each bid by are blank lines. The page prints no amounts, gives no advice on prices or receipts, and keeps no names.
