How it works

Pick the layout by what goes on a line
On Letter paper each line of the four-column sheet is 1 1/2 inches long, number included: room for a name or one word. With two columns of 50 a line is 3 1/2 inches long and the rows are 5 mm tall, for a book title in small writing. The two landscape sheets sit between them.
Shorter lists and checklists
The lists to 30, 25 and 20 are one column under a blank title line. The three checklists add a 1/4 inch box in front of each number, to tick as each line is done. No sheet has a name, date or score line.
- Numbers run down each column, then carry on at the top of the next: 25, then 26.
- For a class set from a copier, open More options and set Line color to Black.
Questions and answers
How do I print a numbered list from 1 to 100 on one page?
Press Print numbered list. The opening sheet holds 100 numbered lines on one upright Letter or A4 page, in four columns of 25 with rows 3/8 inch tall.
Is there a blank numbered list from 1 to 50?
Yes, two. One has two columns of 25 under a blank title line. The other is a single column of 50 lines that run the full width of the page, 5 mm apart.
Can I type on the list or change the last number?
No. The sheets print blank, to fill in by hand, and every list starts at 1. The last number is set by the sheet you pick: 100, 50, 30, 25 or 20.
