At the registration table
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the show, the date and the place on the top lines. Each driver takes the next numbered line, and that number is the car's entry number for the day.
One number follows each car
Copy each line number onto a windshield card; the cards print four to a page with the year, make and model and owner. Voters write that number on a ballot, and the awards list has a box for it beside each of eight awards, Best in show to Farthest driven.
- At a show judged by class, print the one-class sheet for each class and write the class on its top line.
- The gate check-in list has a Space column and a Here box for 25 entries.
- The volunteer sheet names ten jobs, from Front gate to Clean-up.
Questions and answers
What goes on a car show sign up sheet?
Enough to find each car and its owner on the day: an entry number, the owner's name, the vehicle's year, make and model, the class it is entered in and a phone number.
What classes should a car show sign up sheet have?
Each show sets its own. One sheet starts with five as check boxes: Antique, Classic, Modified, Truck and Motorcycle. For any other set of classes, the opening sheet leaves the Class column blank to write in.
Can I type on the car show sign up sheet template?
Yes. Press a line or a heading to type on it before you print: the name of the show on the top line, or Club in place of Class. What you type stays in this browser.
Is there a car show registration form to hand out?
Yes. The pre-registration form prints two on a sheet with a cut line between them: Name, Phone, Email, Year, Make and model, Color and Class. It has no fee line.
