How it works
This calendar sign up sheet template opens sideways on a For line, a Month line and 31 numbered boxes, seven to a row. One person signs in each box, so a glance shows which dates are open.

Write the month, then post it
Press Print the sign up sheet. Write what the sheet is for and the month on the two lines. The boxes carry numbers and no weekday names, so one sheet fits any month; cross out the boxes a short month does not use.
Weekdays, date lines and a year
The monthly calendar sign up sheet template has Sunday to Saturday columns and six rows of empty boxes for you to date. A school month prints Monday to Friday for five weeks. The monthly sign up sheet with a line for each date has room for a phone number or a note.
- Two months fit on one upright page, with smaller boxes for initials.
- The year sheet has a small box for every date and leaves out dates such as April 31.
Questions and answers
How do I create a calendar sign up sheet?
Print the opening sheet, write the month and what people are signing up for, and post it. Each person writes a name in the box for their date. For weekday names, pick the Sunday to Saturday sheet and number its boxes yourself.
Is there a monthly sign up sheet template with seven days a week?
Yes. The Sunday to Saturday sheet has seven weekday columns and six rows, enough for any month. The day boxes sheet also covers all seven days, numbered 1 to 31.
Is the calendar sign up sheet printable on A4?
Yes. Each sheet prints on Letter or A4; choose in the Paper size menu. Sideways sheets turn the page for you.
Does the sheet print this year's dates?
No. No sheet prints a year, a weekday for a date or a holiday. That is why the same sheets work for any month, and why the weekday sheets leave the date for you to write.
Can people sign up on the calendar online?
No. The calendar is paper. People write in the boxes with a pen, and the page stores nothing.
