Bakers sign by kind
Press Print the sign up sheet. A baker finds the kind, then writes a name, what they are baking and how many. The two lines under each kind show what the table still lacks.
Sheets for the day of the sale
Table shifts runs from Set-up through Hour 1, Hour 2 and Hour 3 to Clean-up. The supplies list names seven things, from Table to Plates. The sales tally has Item, Price, Sold and Total columns. Price cards print four to a page.
- The plate slips have Item, Made by and Contains lines, all blank for the baker to fill in.
- On the shift sheet the Time column is empty: write the hours of your own sale.
Questions and answers
What should a bake sale sign up sheet include?
The sale date, the place and a drop-off time at the top, then a line for each baker's name, the bake and how many. The opening sheet sorts those lines by kind of bake.
Is there a sign up sheet for bake sale helpers?
Yes. Pick Table shifts, set-up to clean-up in the Sheet menu. It has two lines a shift, with Time, Name and Phone columns.
Does the page say how to price or label the bakes?
No. The price cards and the sales tally are blank forms, and the Contains line on a plate slip is left for the baker. The page gives no prices and no advice on labels.
Do bakers sign up on this page?
No. The page prints paper that bakers fill in with a pen, and it keeps no names.
