How it works
This parent teacher conference sign up sheet opens on Teacher, Room and Date lines and 16 printed times, 15 minutes apart from 3:00 to 6:45. A parent writes the student, their own name and a phone number beside one.

Post it, or send slips home
Press Print the sign up sheet and post it by the door at open house or pick-up. For families who do not come in, print the time request slips: four to a page, each asking for a first, second and third choice of time. The reminder slips carry the agreed time home.
A parent conference sign up sheet with other times
The Sheet menu changes the slots to 10, 20 or 30 minutes, or moves them to the morning, 8:00 to 11:45. One sideways sheet puts two days side by side.
- Cross out the times you cannot do before you post the sheet.
Questions and answers
How long is each conference slot?
The opening sheet prints a time every 15 minutes. Other sheets print one every 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The page does not say how long a conference should be: your school decides that.
Is there a parent teacher conference sign up sheet template for my own times?
Yes. Pick Blank Time column, 16 lines in the Sheet menu. It has the same Student, Parent or guardian and Phone columns, and you write the times down the side by hand.
What do parents write on the sheet?
The student, the parent or guardian and a phone number, on the line beside the time they want. The sample in the Sheet menu shows three slots filled for a made-up class.
Can parents book a time online?
No. These are paper sheets and slips, filled in with a pen. The page takes no names and keeps nothing.
