Questions and answers
Is there a time slot sign up sheet template with 15 minute slots?
Yes. One sheet prints 16 times a quarter hour apart, from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM. The office hours sheet also uses 15 minute slots, from 1:00 PM to 3:45 PM.
Can I change the printed times?
Yes. Press the first time and type yours, then the second: the times under them follow by the same step. The blank sheet is there for dates and times written by hand.
Can I get an appointment sign up sheet PDF?
The page prints the sheet. For a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer in the print dialog; the line under the button says so.
Do people sign up on this page?
No. The page prints paper that people fill in with a pen, and it keeps no names or phone numbers.
