One week, five themes
Press Print the sign up sheet. A family signs one line under a day and writes what it will bring in the Item column. A heavier rule sets the days apart.

The staff luncheon sheet names 14 lines, from Sandwich tray to Plates, forks and napkins. The snack cart list names 12 snacks and drinks, and the coffee and tea bar list ten things. Volunteer jobs for the week run from setting up the breakfast to decorating the staff room.
- The teacher favorites form is one page for the teacher to fill in, with a Classroom wish list.
- Thank-you note slips for students print four to a page.
- One list has a line for every teacher or staff member, with Flower from and Note from columns.
Questions and answers
When is Teacher Appreciation Week?
In the United States it is the first full week of May, and National Teacher Day is the Tuesday of that week (Wikipedia, read October 2, 2026). Write your own dates on the Week of line.
What goes on a teacher appreciation sign up sheet?
The week at the top, then lines for what families will bring or do on each day. The opening sheet names five themes, one a day, with Item and Name columns.
Does the page say what to give a teacher?
No. The lists name foods, drinks and jobs for a staff event, and no sheet asks for money or names a price. The favorites form is for the teacher to fill in.
Can families sign up on this page?
No. Families sign the paper copy. The site has nowhere to type, so it gathers no names and sends no reminders.
