A name email sign up sheet with one more column
The Sheet menu adds one column at a time: First name and Last name, Phone, ZIP code, or an empty check box under OK to email me. An upright page has 20 lines, and one sheet drops the Name column for 25 full-width lines.
- The counter sheet prints two short lists on one page with a cut line between them.
Questions and answers
What should an email sign up sheet include?
A line that says what the list is for, the date, and a numbered line for each person with a name and an email address. The opening sheet has all three, with Email as the widest column.
Can I use it as a mailing list sign up sheet?
Yes. Every sheet is a list of email addresses written by hand, and all but one ask for a name too. The newsletter sheet has a line at the top for what the list is for, and one sheet adds a ZIP code column.
What is the OK to email me check box for?
It is an empty box at the end of each line that a person can check as they sign. The sheet prints the heading and the box only. The page gives no rules about email lists.
Does this page collect the email addresses?
No. It prints paper only. People write on the sheet with a pen, and no address is sent anywhere.
