A job in a shift
Press Print the sign up sheet and fill in the top lines. A washer finds a shift, then signs beside a job with a name and a phone number. Heavier rules set the four shifts apart, so an empty job is easy to spot.
Your own times, or a group an hour
The printed shifts are presets. The job grid has the same five jobs and columns headed Shift 1 to Shift 4, with no clock times. The car wash group sign up sheet has seven lines by the hour, with Group, Leader and How many coming.
- The car wash fundraiser sign up sheet has check boxes for a hose, buckets, sponges and towels.
- My shift slips print six to a page, to hand to each washer who signs.
Questions and answers
What jobs are on the car wash sign up sheet?
Five in each shift: Signs at the road, Wash, Rinse, Dry and Money table. They are our own list, and the page does not say how many people a job needs.
Is there a car wash sign up sheet for supplies?
Yes. The supplies sheet names ten things, from Hoses to a Shade tent, with a Who brings it column, a Here box and two blank lines.
Does the template say what to charge?
No. The page prints no price and no suggested donation, and it makes no claim about what a car wash raises. The car tally counts cars, not money.
Do washers sign up on this page?
No. The sheet is printed and passed around or posted. The page records nothing and has no list to share.
