How it works

Post it by the door
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the subject, your name and the room on the top lines. A student picks a day and a time, then writes a name, a grade and what they want help with. A heavier rule sets the days apart.
Peer tutoring and lunch tutoring
The peer tutoring sign up sheet gives each student a numbered line and leaves a Peer tutor column for the coordinator. Students who offer to tutor sign a second list with their subjects and the days they are free. For lunch tutoring, one sheet has four names a day from Monday to Friday.
- The printed times are presets. A blank sheet has empty Day and Time columns for a schedule of your own.
- Help request slips print four to a page, for a student to hand to a teacher.
Questions and answers
What goes on a tutoring sign up sheet?
The subject, the tutor and the room at the top, then the days and times, with room for a student's name, a grade and what they need help with. The opening sheet prints 12 times that way.
Is there a peer tutoring sign up sheet?
Yes, three. One is for students who want a tutor, one is for students who offer to tutor, and one pairs a tutor with a student, a subject and a day and time.
How is this different from a tutoring sign-in sheet?
A sign-in sheet records who came. These sheets are filled in before a session. For a sign-in with Time in and Time out columns, see the daily attendance sheet page.
Can students sign up for tutoring on this page?
No. It prints a paper sheet for a pencil. No name is typed here, so the page has none to store.
