Morning or afternoon
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the date and where volunteers check in. A parent finds a station, picks the morning or the afternoon line, and writes a name and a phone number. For a field day that ends at lunch, the half-day sheet has one line a station and two helper columns.
Jobs, class guides and things to send
Eight jobs away from the stations, from Mark the field to Return the gear, are on their own sheet with two lines each. Class guides lists 16 classes with an adult to walk with each. The supplies list runs from Ice pops to a Pop-up canopy.
- The field day sign up sheet for students has six event boxes for each student to check.
- A blank station sheet has 20 lines for the games your own school runs.
Questions and answers
What stations are on the field day volunteer sign up sheet?
Ten: Sack race, Three-legged race, Egg and spoon race, Tug of war, Obstacle course, Long jump, Jump rope, Parachute play, Sponge relay and Water table. The list is ours, not any school's program.
What is field day at school?
A school day for athletic events: that is the American sense Wiktionary gives. Wikipedia names sprints, egg and spoon races, three-legged races, sack races and long jumps among the games (both read October 3, 2026).
Is there a field day sign up sheet for teams?
Not on this page. The team sign up sheet page has field day teams by color, five lines a team.
Do volunteers sign up on this page?
No. Print the sheet and post it or send it home. The page has no form and never sees a name or a phone number.
