Sign up, then draw
Press Print the sign up sheet. Each person signs a numbered line and writes a hint for whoever draws their name. Name slips for the hat print eight to a page. After a person draws, they check Drew a name, so the sheet shows who is still to draw.
Forms and the organizer's key
The about me form asks for colors, snacks, drinks, hobbies and things a person collects, with a Please no line. The organizer's key lists who gives to whom. For a school year, one sheet prints the months from September to May.
- For a classroom, one list has 30 students and a Gift is here box.
- The book exchange list has a Wrapped box beside each book.
Questions and answers
What goes on a secret pal sign up sheet?
A line for each person's name and something to help the giver. The opening sheet has a hint column and a Drew a name box; the school year sheet asks for a room or grade and a birthday month.
Is there a secret pal questionnaire to print?
Yes. The about me form fills one page with nine lines, from Name to Please no, and two blocks of writing lines. A short form with six lines prints four to a page.
Does the sheet set a spending limit?
No. No sheet prints a price. A group that wants a limit writes it on the Exchange line or tells people when they sign.
Does this page draw the names?
No. It prints the sheets and the slips, and the draw is done by hand from a hat. A name typed on a sheet stays in this browser, so the site never sees one.
