Questions and answers
What does RSVP mean?
RSVP comes from répondez s'il vous plaît, a French phrase, which means please respond. On these sheets the Reply by line at the top says when the host needs an answer.
What goes on an RSVP sign up sheet?
The event, its date and a reply date at the top, then a name, a yes or no and a head count for each guest. The opening sheet adds a Phone column.
Is there an RSVP sheet with a meal choice?
Yes. One list has a Meal choices line at the top for the host to fill in, and a Meal choice column beside each name. The page names no food.
Do guests reply on this page?
No. Replies go on the printed sheet in ink. The page has no form to send, so it never holds a guest list.
