Tape it up outside the room
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the show, the date and the room on the top lines. Each student signs beside one time. For shorter turns pick the 5 minute slots; for group auditions, pick the sheet with five names every half hour.
Choir, band, dance and crew
The choir list has a box each for Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass. The band and orchestra list asks for an instrument and a piece or scale. The dance check-in numbers 30 dancers. The stage crew list has boxes for Sets, Lights, Sound, Costumes and Props.
- The callback list has Name, Reading for, and Day and time columns.
- Audition forms print two to a page, with a line for rehearsal dates a student will miss.
Questions and answers
Is there an audition sign up sheet PDF?
There is no file to download. Print the sheet and, where the dialog asks for a printer, choose Save as PDF; the line under the button says how.
Can I change the audition times?
Yes. Press the first time and type yours, then the second: the times under them follow by the same step. The three sheets of printed times open between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM. The choir, band and dance lists have numbered lines and no times.
What should an audition sign up sheet include?
The show, the date and the room at the top, then a time, a name, a grade and the part or act for each student. The opening sheet prints all of those.
Do students book an audition time on this page?
No. Students write on the printed sheet. The page takes no bookings and keeps no list of who signed.
