Working out a score out of 16 by hand
Multiply the score by 6.25. Or build it from halves: 8 right is 50%, 4 is 25%, 2 is 12.5% and 1 is 6.25%. Since 12 is 8 + 4, the percent is 50 + 25 = 75. For 13 right add one more question's 6.25 to reach 81.25%, a B.
