One line for each car
Press Print the sign up sheet. A family takes a numbered spot, writes its trunk theme, checks Yes or No under Needs power and says how many bags of candy it will bring. A bigger lot has a sheet of 30 spots.
Helpers, candy and the contest
The trunk or treat volunteer sign up sheet prints two lines each for eight lot jobs, from Lot set-up and cones to Lot clean-up. People with no car can sign the candy sheet or the list of treats that are not candy. Ballots print eight to a page.
- Dashboard cards print four to a page, with a large box for the spot number.
- The contest tally has columns for Best, Funniest and Most creative.
Questions and answers
What is a trunk or treat?
Trunk-or-treating goes from one parked car to the next in a parking lot, usually a school's or a church's, and the open trunks hold the candy. That is how Wikipedia describes it (read October 2, 2026).
Can I get a trunk n treat sign up sheet PDF?
Yes. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF in place of a printer; a line under the button says how. The sheets work the same under either name of the event.
Is there a sheet for a trunk decorating contest?
Yes. Ballots have lines for the best, the funniest and the most creative trunk, each by spot number. A tally sheet lists 20 spots with a column for each kind of vote.
Do families sign up for a spot on this page?
No. The page only prints. Families write on the paper, and nothing they write reaches the site.
