Three lines a course
Press Print the sign up sheet and post it where guests pass. Each course has three lines, so anyone can see which courses still need a dish. When the lines under Dessert are full, the next guest picks another course.
A potluck sign up sheet template for other meals
The Sheet menu has a small potluck of 10 lines, a large one of 30, a breakfast potluck (Egg dish, Bread or pastry, Fruit, Juice and coffee) and a cookout. One sheet leaves the Course column empty for your own courses.
- Serves is the guest's own count of how many the dish feeds.
- The sideways sheet adds a blank column headed Notes on ingredients.
