Everyone signs for one line
Press Print the sign up sheet. A guest writes a name beside one topping and how many it serves, and the empty lines show what the bar still lacks. Guests build their own salads on the day.
A bigger bar or a salad potluck
The ultimate salad bar sign up sheet names 24 lines, from Romaine to Caesar dressing, with chicken, ham, two cheeses and tortilla strips. The salad potluck sign up sheet has two lines each for seven kinds of salad. There is also a soup and salad bar, and a fruit salad bar for a class.
- The blank list has 18 open lines for toppings of your own.
- The supplies sheet runs from Serving bowls to Trash can and bags, with a Here check box.
Questions and answers
What goes on a salad bar sign up sheet?
Greens, vegetables, eggs, cheese, something crunchy, dressings and the things to serve with. The opening sheet names 16 lines that way, from Lettuce to Tongs, with Name and Serves columns.
What is the difference between the salad bar sheet and the potluck sheet?
On the salad bar sheet each guest brings one topping and the salads are built at the table. On the potluck sheet each guest brings a finished salad, sorted by kind: leafy, pasta, potato, bean, grain, coleslaw and fruit.
Does the sheet say how much lettuce to bring?
No. The Serves column is blank for the guest to fill in, and the page gives no amounts and no advice on keeping food cold.
Can guests sign up online on this page?
No. This is a printed list. Guests write on it with a pen, and what they write is never sent anywhere.
