Post it for the grown-ups
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the trip, the date and the times on the top lines. Each adult signs one line and checks Yes or No under Can drive. A driver writes the seats they have.
Groups, cars and the bus
Chaperone groups gives each adult a tall line for the students with them. Cars for the trip lists a driver, the seats and the students riding. The bus head count has four boxes a student: On the bus, At lunch, Before leaving and Back at school.
- The student list has a Slip returned box and nothing about what the slip says.
- Trip day jobs prints eight jobs, from Class list and slips to Lost and found bag.
Questions and answers
Is there a chaperone sign up sheet with a column for drivers?
Yes. The opening sheet has Yes and No boxes under Can drive and a Seats column. For a trip by car, the Cars for the trip sheet adds a wide column for the students riding with each driver.
How do I save the chaperone sheet as a PDF?
Press the print button and pick Save as PDF where the print dialog asks for a printer. A short line under the button says how.
Is this a field trip permission slip?
No. No sheet here is a permission slip, and none asks about health or money. The student list only has a check box for a slip that came back.
Do chaperones sign up online here?
No. Every sheet is paper for a pen: what you type on it first stays in this browser, and the site stores no names or phone numbers.
