Press Print the sign up sheet and write the class, the party date and a bring-by day. A family signs one line and writes how many they will send. The last line is for a grown-up who will help with the baskets.
Egg hunt sheets
The Easter egg hunt sign up sheet has 25 numbered lines with Child, Age, Parent or guardian and Phone. A second sheet sorts the hunt into three age groups of eight. Filled eggs has a line for each family's dozens, and the helpers sheet runs from Fill the eggs to Field clean-up.
- One list says Class egg hunt at the top and has no Easter wording.
- The Easter potluck list is for a family or office meal, with dishes such as Ham and Carrot cake.
Questions and answers
What goes on an Easter sign up sheet for a class party?
Things for the eggs and the hunt, three snacks, a drink, paper goods and a helper. The opening sheet prints 12 lines that way, with How many and Name columns.
Is this an Easter classroom party sign up sheet or an egg hunt list?
Both are here. The opening sheet is the class party list. The egg hunt sheets are in the Sheet menu: a list by child, hunts by age group, filled eggs and helper jobs.
What is an Easter egg hunt?
A treasure hunt at Easter in which children look for hidden eggs: dyed hard-boiled eggs, or plastic eggs with candy inside. That is how Wikipedia describes it (read October 3, 2026).
Does the page say what to put in the eggs?
No. Egg fillers is one printed line, and the filled eggs sheet has a blank Please do not fill with line. The page gives no list of fillers and no advice.
Can families sign up on this page?
No. Families write on the printed sheet. The page cannot take a name, so it has none to keep.
