Print the hall passes
Press Print the hall passes, then cut along the dashed lines. The passes are words and lines only, with no picture, and are filled in by hand.
Other printable hall passes
The Sheet menu has passes headed Restroom, Nurse, Office, Library and Locker, small passes eight to a page, large passes to keep by the door and a pass with a blank heading.
A sign-out log
Two sheets are logs to keep by the door, with Date, Name, Going to, Time out and Time in on each row.
- The Nurse pass does not ask why the student is going: only Name, Date, Sent by, the two times and the teacher's signature.
- The last sheet is marked Sample and names no real student.
Questions and answers
How do I save the hall pass template as a PDF?
Press Print the hall passes and choose Save as PDF as the printer. The page makes no file of its own, so a hall pass template PDF comes from the print window of your browser.
What is written on a school hall pass?
On the hall pass here: the student's name, the date, where the student is going, the time out, the time in and the teacher's signature. The Library pass says Back by in place of Time in.
Can I type names on the passes?
Not on this page. Each pass prints with blank lines. The large passes have Room and Teacher lines and no line for a student's name, so one pass can be handed out again and again.
How many hall passes print on a page?
Six on most sheets, three across and two down on a sideways page. The small passes print eight to a page and the large ones two.
