One column a team
Press Print the sign up sheet and write the event and the date. A captain claims a column, names the team and lists the players. All six teams stay on one page, so everyone sees how many spots are left.
Dodgeball, kickball, field day and groups
The dodgeball sign up sheet takes one line a team, with a wide Players column. The kickball sheet takes one line a player, and the Team column is filled in later. Field day teams come in four colors. The group sign up sheet prints Group 1 to Group 6 with four names each.
- Players with no team sign a separate list that has an I can captain box.
- The captains' contact list is sideways, with a wide Email column.
Questions and answers
What should a team sign up sheet include?
The event and the date, then for each team a name, a captain and its players. The opening sheet gives each of six teams a column with those eight lines.
Is there a team sign up sheet template for larger teams?
Yes. Four team cards print on one page with ten numbered players each, and two large teams print side by side with 15 players each. Both have Team name and Captain lines and a Phone column.
Is there a group sign up sheet template PDF?
The group sheet prints from the page. To save it as a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer in the print dialog; the line under the button says so.
Does the dodgeball sheet say how many players a team needs?
No. The sheets are lists, and the page prints no rule of any sport. The Players column is one wide box for however many your event allows.
Can teams sign up online here?
No. Teams sign on paper. The page has no form and no list of teams is saved.
