A driver for every trip
Press Print the sign up sheet. A driver signs the lines they can take and writes the seats they have, and the riders' names go in the wide column. An empty line is a trip with no driver yet.
Rotations, teams and one-day rides
The two-week rotation names a driver there and home for Week A and Week B. The seven-day sheet adds Saturday and Sunday for sports and lessons. The practice sheet has 12 dated lines. For one event, a sheet has I can drive and I need a ride boxes.
- The driver list has a box for each weekday, Mon to Fri, under Days I can drive.
- Contact cards print four to a page, with lines for the driver, the rider and two phone numbers.
