Questions and answers
What should a vendor sign up sheet include?
The event, the date and the set-up time at the top, then a booth number, the vendor's name, what they sell, tables needed, whether they need power, and a phone number.
Is there an art fair sign up sheet template?
Yes. The art fair sign up sheet prints sideways with 15 numbered lines: Artist, Medium, Phone or email, and Wall, Table and Floor boxes under My work needs.
Does the sheet cover booth fees or permits?
No. No sheet has a fee, tax, permit or insurance line, and the page says nothing about what an organizer should ask of a vendor.
Can vendors apply for a booth on this page?
No. The page makes printed sheets for the organizer's table or office. It has no form to fill in on screen and gathers no details.
