How it works
No list is printed on this blank checklist template, so it serves any list that gets ticked off: packing, chores, shopping, homework, the steps of a job. The line at the top names what the list is for.

Bring a list you already have
A list from a document, a message or a spreadsheet can be pasted into the first line, and each item lands on a line of its own. The sheet grows to hold it, and any numbers or bullets in front of the items are dropped.
A weekly checklist template and a daily one
The printable weekly checklist template has a box under each day, Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday, for things that repeat: homework, practice, chores. The daily sheets hold one day, with a Time box or as two short lists with a cut line. Saved with a routine typed in, a daily checklist PDF prints the same list every morning.
- Sharing one list? The Who column shows at a glance which jobs nobody has taken.
- For numbered lines with nothing typed on them, print the blank numbered list.
Questions and answers
Is there a blank checklist PDF?
Yes, and it is free. The PDF holds the sheet that is on screen with whatever you typed on it, on Letter or A4, so a filled-in list can be saved or sent as well as printed.
Can I type on the check list before I print it?
Yes. Every line, both lines at the top and the headings can be typed on. What you type stays in this browser, and the sheet opens the same way the next time you visit.
How many lines fit on a blank checklist?
The opening sheet has 20. The same form comes with 10 lines in tall rows, with 30, and with 40, which is the most one page holds. Lines added or removed on the sheet give any number in between.
