One line a person
Press Print the sign up sheet and pass it around or post it. Each person writes a name and a phone number, checks Yes or No under Need a ride, and lists any food needs. Leave Room or cabin empty if you will hand out the rooms yourself.
Rooms, meals and sessions
The room list has twelve rooms, each with its beds and who sleeps there, and a second sheet takes roommate requests. For the kitchen, the meal count has a box for each meal from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Where people choose a workshop, they write a first and a second choice.
- The youth retreat sheet adds Grade, Parent or guardian and a Form in box.
- A one-day retreat needs no rooms: its sheet asks for a phone, an email and lunch.
- The sharing list names twelve things to bring, from Board games to Extra blankets.
