Name the session, then post it
Press the Training line and type the title of the session, then its date and place, and press Print the sign up sheet. Left empty, the page prints as a blank training sign up sheet template to fill in with a pen.
When the training runs more than once
One sheet has A, B and C boxes for a choice of three dates. Another prints four short lists on a page, a session each. A sign up sheet for training with limited room numbers Seat 1 to Seat 20 and adds four waiting list lines.
- For staff who need a sign-off, one sheet has a Supervisor column.
- Slips print four to a page, for sign ups handed back to an office.
- On the day, the meeting sign-in sheet page has a training attendance sheet with a Signature column.
Questions and answers
What should a training sign up sheet include?
What the training is, when and where, then a line for each person: a name, a role or department, and an email for the details. The opening sheet numbers its lines, so the count is plain.
Is a training sign up sheet the same as a sign-in sheet?
Not on this site. The sign up sheet is posted before the day to hold a place. The sign-in sheet is signed at the door, with Time in, Time out and Signature columns.
Are these free training sign up sheets?
Yes. Every sheet prints free on Letter or A4, with no account. Anything typed on a sheet stays in this browser.
Is there a sign-up sheet for training requests?
Yes. The request list has Team or school and Send to lines and 12 tall lines with Name, Department, Training I need and By when.
