How it works
This laundry sign up sheet is a sideways page for one machine: Machine and Week of lines at the top, seven times down the side, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Monday to Sunday across, one name to a box.

One sheet a machine
Press the Machine line and type Washer 1, press Print the sign up sheet, then do the same for the dryer. Tape each sign up sheet for laundry to its own machine, where people look first.
A whole laundry room, or one household
For a room with several machines, the one-day sheet prints 15 hours down the side and Washer 1, Washer 2, Dryer 1 and Dryer 2 across. A house that shares by day has Morning, Afternoon and Evening boxes. The family sheet gives each day to one person, with Washed, Dried, Folded and Put away boxes.
- The dated list takes any day and time by hand, with Room and Machine columns.
- For a camp or a hall that washes for people, the drop-off list has Bags and Picked up columns.
Questions and answers
How do you make a laundry sign up sheet?
Put the days across the top and the time slots down the side, and give each machine a sheet of its own. Each person writes a name in the box for the day and time they want.
Can I change the times on the sheet?
Yes. Press the first time and type yours, then the second: the times under them follow by the same step. The printed slots, two hours apart, are only a starting point.
Is this a free printable sign up sheet for laundry in a dorm or an apartment building?
Yes. Every sheet is free and prints on Letter or A4. The one-day sheet by machine and the dated list with a Room column suit a shared laundry room.
