Under Pictures in More options, the 8 pictures sit in three groups: Rainy days, Birds and bugs, and In the garden. Under Size, Easy 12 by 12 keys take 2 to 5 crayons from the basic box of 8. Detailed 24 by 24 keys take 4 to 7, and every one reaches outside that box. Gray and light blue appear in 4 detailed keys each, light green in 3, pink in 2.

The Rainbow's bands run red, orange, yellow, green and blue from the outside in, as in a real rainbow. The detailed grid adds purple inside. The Robin has the American robin's black head, yellow bill, brown back and orange breast.

  • Start with the easy Ladybug: its key is just 1 black and 2 red, so nobody waits for a crayon.

How this list was compiled: Our own pixel pictures, drawn square by square for this site on 12 by 12 and 24 by 24 grids. Nothing is traced, scanned or copied from clip art, and no character from a film, show, book, game or brand appears. The color and square counts in each description were counted from the finished grids. The facts about the rainbow, the robin, the ladybug, the bee and the snail were checked against Wikipedia in September 2026 and are told in our own words. Licence: own work
