How it works
Most of these PE exit tickets are quarter-page slips to fill in before the class lines up. The first one asks for the skill practiced, one cue remembered, effort from 1 to 4 and what to try next time.

Print the exit tickets
Press Print the exit tickets and cut the four slips apart. The 1 to 4 line rates effort, not fitness, and no slip asks about a student's body or health.
Physical education exit ticket questions
Other slips ask for a rule and a strategy from a game, the steps of a skill in order, how a student helped a teammate, a PE word in the student's own words and a diagram of the play, the course or the pose.
Goals and the end of a unit
A short slip, six to a page, has three lines for a goal. Another compares the start of a unit with now.
- The cue line is blank: the page gives no coaching point of its own.
- The sample is a made-up student after a beanbag toss lesson.
Questions and answers
What goes on exit tickets for physical education?
Short written answers about the class just finished: the skill, a cue, a rule, a strategy, or how a student worked with a teammate. One slip here has four sentences to rate from 1 to 4.
Is there an entrance/exit ticket for physical education?
Yes. One sheet prints two half-page slips, each with a box for before class, "What I want to get better at today," and a box for after class, "What I got better at."
Does any slip ask about fitness or health?
No. The slips ask about skills, rules, teamwork and effort. Nothing asks for a weight, a heart rate, a fitness test score or how a student's body feels.
How many PE exit tickets print on a page?
Most print four. The goal slip and the three-line slip come six to a sheet and the entrance and exit slip two, while the sample takes a whole page.
