Sign up, then number the tables
Press Print the sign up sheet. A student writes a name, a grade and a project title and checks Yes or No under Needs an outlet. The Table number column is for the organizer, once the room is laid out.
Teams, categories and judges
Team projects get twelve tall lines with room for three names. A sideways sheet adds five category boxes, from Life science to Math and computers. Judges sign a list with three grade band boxes: K to 2, 3 to 5 and 6 to 8.
- Project cards print six to a page, to tape to each table.
- The class project tracker has Approved and Board done boxes for 28 students.
Questions and answers
What should a science fair sign up sheet include?
The fair date and the set-up time at the top, then each student's name, grade and project title, whether the project needs an outlet, and a table number.
What is a science fair?
An event hosted by a school where students do research and present it in a poster session or another display. That is how Wikipedia describes it (read October 3, 2026).
Are the five categories an official list?
No. Life science, Earth and space, Physical science, Engineering, and Math and computers are our own presets. The page names no fair's rules and prints no score sheet.
Can students enter the science fair on this page?
No. It prints paper only. A student writes on the sheet, and the page never holds a name or a project.
