Litter, landfill, renewable
The easy list is short: Litter, Trash, River, Grow, Plant. Medium, the opening sheet, holds Reduce, Carpool, Landfill and Wetland. The hard list names the big ideas: Pollution, Endangered, Renewable, Atmosphere.
Before the schoolyard cleanup
Hand it out on the day, before the class goes outside with gloves and bags. New scramble jumbles Landfill and the rest again, so a second class gets a fresh sheet.
- Reduce is on this list; Reuse and Recycle are on the April puzzles. Pupils can name the missing two.
- Carpool, Reduce and Reusable bag are things a family can do this week: pupils pick one to try.
