Call each letter by name
In Call the game, each letter comes with its name, its place in the alphabet and its sound: מ is mem, letter 13 of 22, sound m. Call the name, not the sound: tet and tav both say t, and kaf and qof both say k.
Add the final forms
Kaf, mem, nun, pe and tsadi change shape at the end of a word. Pick Letters and final forms, and ך, ם, ן, ף and ץ become squares of their own: 27 shapes, enough to fill a 5 × 5 card around a free center.
- With 25 cards of 4 × 4, a first line usually comes between calls 5 and 8, so play on to a full card.
