The 50 times table, from 50 × 1 to 50 × 50

Multiplication chart 1 to 50.

How it works

This multiplication chart 1-50 shows all 2,500 squares, from 1 × 1 to 50 × 50 = 2,500. The 50 row and column are tinted, and every answer in them ends in 00 or 50, like counting half dollars.

How big is a 50x50 multiplication chart?

A multiplication chart that goes up to 50 repeats itself a lot: its 2,500 squares hold just 800 different answers. Four of them, 120, 180, 240 and 360, appear 12 times each, and 26 appear only once. Counting a fact and its turnaround once leaves 1,275 facts.

Sizes 42, 45 and 48

Chart size, under the chart, redraws the grid smaller and moves the tint. A multiplication chart 1-42 ends on the row for 6 weeks of days: 42 × 2 = 84 days is 12 weeks. The 45 row counts turns in degrees: 90, 180, 360. A multiplication chart 1-48 is four dozen wide, so 48 × 3 = 144 is a gross.

  • To multiply by 50, halve the other number and write two 0s: 50 × 36 is 18 hundreds, 1,800.
  • At size 45, every answer in the last row ends in 0 or 5 and its digits add to 9 or 18: 45 × 7 = 315.

Questions and answers

Is a 50 x 50 multiplication chart the same as a multiplication chart 1 50?

Yes. Both mean rows and columns numbered 1 to 50, and so does a multiplication chart 1 to 50, a multiplication chart that goes to 50 or a multiplication chart 1 through 50. Each one ends at 50 × 50 = 2,500.

What is a multiplication chart of 50?

Usually the 50 times table alone: 50, 100, 150 and on up to 2,500. Here that is the tinted row, and its 50 facts are listed further down. 50 × 8 = 400 has a note about swimming 400 meters in a 50 meter pool.

Can I get a multiplication chart 1-50 pdf?

There is no download button. For a multiplication chart 1-50 printable to keep, press Print the chart, then Save as PDF in your print window. It fits one landscape sheet in small type. Print in blocks gives 4 easier pages of 25 by 25 squares.

Is there a 42 multiplication chart, a 45 multiplication chart or a 48 multiplication chart here?

All three. Under Chart size pick 1 to 42, 1 to 45 or 1 to 48. They have 1,764, 2,025 and 2,304 squares and 575, 659 and 747 different answers. Like the 50, each prints on one page or in 4 blocks.
