Cone, sundae, Neapolitan
Easy is 14 short words, among them Cone, Cup, Spoon, Melt, Mint and Cherry. Medium is the shop menu: Sundae, Sherbet, Sorbet, Gelato, Caramel, Waffle. Hard has the long words and the phrases: Neapolitan, Butterscotch, Banana split, Soft serve, Ice cream sandwich. New scramble deals another ten from the list on the sheet.
Hints that say what it is
Each hint is a plain fact. A sundae is ice cream topped with a sweet sauce or syrup, gelato is the everyday Italian word for ice cream, and Neapolitan is vanilla, chocolate and strawberry side by side. The food facts follow Wikipedia's article on each treat.
- Sherbet and Sorbet are both on the medium list: sherbet has a little milk or cream, and sorbet has no dairy.
- A phrase keeps its space, so Banana split comes out as two short mixes and not one long one.
