Hand lettering practice sheets in seven styles
Under More options, the font tiles change the style. Five are scripts: Pacifico, Sacramento, Kaushan Script, Dancing Script and Great Vibes. Playfair Display is a serif, and Bebas Neue is a tall sans with capitals only. Each is an open-licence font.
Your own words
Type up to 40 characters in the box; your first letter replaces the sample. Every row has four lines: cap height, a dashed midline, the baseline and a line for tails.
- For lettering practice on single letters, type a few at a time, such as Aa Bb Cc.
- Under More options, Kind of sheet has How to draw it: four steps for bubble letters, for a word of up to 10 letters.
Questions and answers
What are hand lettering worksheets?
Pages that show a word in a drawn lettering style with room to copy it. Here each sheet gives a model, two outlined copies to trace, and four blank rows on the same guide lines for freehand practice.
How do I save hand lettering practice pages as a PDF?
Press Print and choose Save as PDF in the print window. A practice page is one portrait page and fits US Letter and A4.
Are lettering worksheets the same as handwriting practice?
No. Handwriting sheets teach one everyday style. These are for drawn, decorative styles, so the same word can be practiced as a brush script, a formal script or block capitals.
