Questions and answers
How do I make a fill in the blank worksheet?
Paste the text into the box and put square brackets around the words to remove. The sheet is drawn as you type: a numbered line replaces each bracketed word, and the words go into a word box in mixed order. Then press Print worksheet.
Can it choose the blanks for me?
Yes. Leave the brackets out, and Blank every removes every 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 10th word. For a vocabulary or grammar sheet, brackets are better, because you decide which words are tested.
Is the text I paste sent anywhere?
No. What you type stays in your browser and nothing is sent to us. Share link, under More options, makes a link that holds the text of the sheet, for you to send on yourself.
Does the sheet come with answers?
Yes. See the answers, under More options, shows the passage with every blank filled in. That key prints after the sheet unless you untick Add an answer key as the last page.
