Questions and answers

Is the candy crossword puzzle free to print with an answer key?

Yes, and nothing to sign up for. The key prints last on its own sheet, so it can stay with the host until the table has finished.

What age is the candy crossword for?

Easy Candy Words suits grades 2 to 4, with answers such as Mint, Fudge and Taffy. The other sets suit grades 4 and up, and adults at a party table will pause over Dragée and Comfit. These bands are our judgment, not a published standard.

What is the difference between taffy and toffee?

Taffy is pulled and stretched, which fills it with tiny air bubbles and leaves it light and chewy. Toffee is sugar boiled with butter and cooled until it is hard. Each has its own clue here.
