Questions and answers
Why does this superheroes word search have no character names?
Character, team and publisher names belong to their owners, so every list holds generic words only, such as Cape, Sidekick and Headquarters. For a favorite hero, type up to 40 words of your own in the list under the grid and the grid rebuilds around them.
Is it super hero word search or superhero?
Both spellings are in use. Superhero as one word dates from 1899, and the two-word form was in print by 1917 for a public figure of great accomplishments. The grid hides it as one run of 9 letters.
Which list has the secret identity words?
Secret Identity and Headquarters, 16 entries from Disguise to Hideout. Alter ego is hidden as ALTEREGO, one run of 8 letters, and its clue gives the Latin: other I, the everyday person behind the costume.
