Coping Skills, Mindfulness, Naming Feelings, Healthy Habits, People Who Help, Inner Strengths and Awareness Month hold one theme each. For a mindfulness word search printable, pick Mindfulness under Start from a list: 23 words such as Breathe, Attention and Stillness.

What the lists leave out

In 1881 a scholar chose mindfulness to translate the Pali word sati. A green ribbon stands worldwide for mental health awareness.
