How it works
This station exit ticket prints four to a page with cut lines. Each slip has a numbered line for stations 1 to 4 under What I did there, and a line at the foot for one new thing learned.

Print the exit tickets
Press Print the exit tickets and cut the page of Letter or A4 along its dashed lines.
A stations exit ticket to check or color
Two more slips keep the station numbers and swap the writing: one has boxes for Finished and Need more time, the other five stars to color for how each station went. A lab version has columns for what was observed and a question it raised.
Slips about one station
Others ask about a single stop: the favorite and the hardest station, the station with the teacher, the student's job in the group, or work left unfinished and when it will be done.
- For kindergarten to grade 2, a centers sheet has a box to draw the center liked best.
- The last sheet is a filled-in sample from a made-up math rotation.
Questions and answers
What goes on a station exit ticket?
A line for every station the student visited, then one question about the whole rotation: one new thing learned, the favorite station, or the station they want to go back to.
What if my rotation has five or six stations?
Add a station at the foot of the sheet before you print. The new line is numbered 5, the next 6, and all four slips on the page change together.
Does the station exit ticket work for any subject?
Yes. No subject and no station task is printed, so the same page fits math centers, a reading rotation and science lab stations.
How many station exit tickets print on a page?
Four, except on four sheets: the lab stations slip and the centers sheet print two to a page, the short slip six, and the sample is a single full page.
