Clock, decade, fresh start
The easy list is short: Clock, Hope, Kazoo, Chime. Medium, the opening sheet, holds Festive, Goodbye, Welcome and Decade. The hard list has the phrases of the night: Ball drop, Time zone, Happy New Year, Twelve o'clock.
December 31 or the first day back
Print it for the family party while everyone waits for midnight, or for the first morning of school in January. New scramble jumbles Goodbye and the rest again for a second sheet.
- Habit, Plans and Promise lead into resolutions: pupils pick one of the three and write a sentence.
